The Lady of Shalott

I read this on Cassie's poem blog and wanted to share the version by Loreena McKennitt. If you have read the poem (or Cassie's poetry blog), you know that it's a pretty depressing poem, but beautiful. As I mentioned a few posts ago, I'm a sucker for a tragic romance. Anyway, Loreena McKennitt. She has a beautiful voice. And for some reason, Celtic style music always makes me think of the Fall. Strange, I know, since St. Patrick's Day is in March, but I hear this and think of falling leaves and cool breezes.
