Red Chile Enchiladas. We don't put meat in them, and instead of sour cream, we top them with a fried egg. Mmmm!!

Love the Conlan video! :) I love clapping babies too.
So those enchiladas are made with the hard corn tortilla's? Hmmm, I'd have to taste it because they have never looked good to me.
