The park was fun, but not as great as I would have hoped. I have yet to really connect with anyone. All of our conversations seem really strained. Keep praying, as I know that time is the issue here...ick! So sick of time!!!!

You'll find them--those friends who you connect with on a deep level. I have moved a lot in my married life, and I've found that it takes a year to feel at home in the new location--if I can give you MIL advice. :) Hang in there! You'll find them, or they'll find you. We love you!
If you're not going to give me MIL advice, who will? :) I only have one, and even if for some strange reason I had more (though I'm not sure how that would work), I'd want yours anyway.
