We're Okay

Just thought I'd let y'all know that we're in a part of Oklahoma that's not getting the severe blizzard conditions. We're doing fine. There's a beautiful dusting of snow on the ground that continues to grow, but we're not expected to get more that 3 inches. At one point yesterday they projected around 10 inches, but the storm hasn't moved much. Please be praying for northwestern Oklahoma, the Texas panhandle, and southern Kansas. This storm has been circulating over those areas for too long, and they have snow drifts in the 7 foot range. This might not be anything new for you northies, but down south here, we don't fair well with that much snow.

Please also pray for Jonathan. His business is NOT closing today (the snow's not bad, but the roads are icy), and sometimes people in Oklahoma City ignore inclimate weather warnings for the sake of time. Thankfully, it's Saturday, so there aren't as many people on the road. Anyway, have a wonderful day! Those of you caught in the worst of this storm (Kate...), be careful and let me know how you're doing!!

Glad to hear that you are safe. Where we are in TX there is no snow. I like the center of the state. It seems weather wise it's okay.

We got more snow than we had all winter! Crazy! There were places on our deck that the snow was about 2 feet deep, but overall I'd say it was about 6 inches. We went sledding yesterday and it was so much fun!
